Hotel Information and Shuttle Service
The 3rd National Surface Transportation Weather Symposium (3rd NSTWS) will be held at the

Room reservations must be made by July 13, 2007. You may call the Sheraton Premiere at (703) 448-1234, or make reservations through the Sheraton national reservation number: 1-800-325-3535.

We have reserved a block of rooms under 3rd NSTWS. The rate is $162.00 per night. This is the Government Per Diem.

Hotel Shuttle Service

1. The hotel does not provide shuttle service to or from the metro station* or any area airport. Please arrange your own transportation. (* See number 4 below for shuttle service on the days of the symposium.)

2. Hotel shuttle service is available Monday through Friday to companies located within a three-mile radius from the hotel and Tyson's Corner Galleria Mall.

3. The hotel also provides transportation to and from the metro station on weekends.

4. For the symposium, the hotel will provide shuttle service from the Dunn Loring metro station during the following hours.

Schedule:
7/25: Pickup from the Metro at 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Leave hotel for return trip at 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

7/26: Pickup from the Metro at 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m.
Leave hotel for return trip at 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

7/27: Pickup from the Metro at 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Leave hotel for return trip at 10:45 a.m. and 11:15 a.m.
