The 3rd National Surface Transportation Weather Symposium (3rd NSTWS) is expected to attract representatives from federal, state, and local transportation organizations focused on roadways, railways, transit, pipelines, marine transportation systems, and airport ground operations; manufacturers; associations; governmental and nongovernmental organizations; academia and others involved with safety and economic aspects of surface transportation. We invite you to showcase your hardware, software, and service capabilities at the 3rd NSTWS, July 25-27, 2007. The symposium is being held at the Sheraton Premiere at Tysons Corner, 8661 Leesburg Pike, Vienna, Virginia 22182. This is an excellent opportunity to increase your agency and company’s profile and exposure as well as to showcase and promote your product and services. Opportunities for exhibit spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. Why Exhibit? This conference is a significant gathering of surface transportation policy making, planning, operations, and maintenance personnel; scientists; engineers and trade association members. It is a unique opportunity to showcase weather-related products, equipment, and services to a broad audience focused on improving surface transportation safety and efficiency in one venue. It is an excellent investment in cost-effective advertising--all symposium breaks and evening receptions will be held in the exhibit area. It is the ideal forum to launch new products and forecasts, make announcements, and present the latest innovations and technological developments. It will feature presenters from across the surface transportation and meteorology communities, who will share their experiences and knowledge during plenary sessions. Who Should Exhibit? National surface transportation agencies (both government and non-government), state DOTs, railroads, transit agencies, maritime ship operators, airlines and airline associations, airport authorities, satellite operators and manufacturers, research laboratories, universities, and software providers.
