Conditions - COST is an intergovernmental framework for European Cooperation
in the field of Scientific and Technical Research, allowing the coordination
of nationally funded research on a European level. COST Actions cover
basic and pre-competitive research as well as activities of public utility.

Assimilation Data Ingest System (MADIS) is dedicated toward making value-added
data available from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's
(NOAA) Forecast Systems Laboratory (FSL) for the purpose of improving
weather forecasting, by providing support for data assimilation, numerical
