We invite
you to showcase your PAR systems and service capabilities at the MPAR
Symposium II, November 17-19, 2009. The symposium is being held at the
National Weather Center, 120 David L. Boren Blvd, Norman, OK, on the campus
of the University of Oklahoma. This is an excellent opportunity to increase
your agency and company’s profile and exposure as well as to showcase
and promote your product and services. Opportunities for exhibit spaces
are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

- Exhibit Registration:

- Registration date:
Exhibit space reservations must be made and exhibit fee prepaid by November
9, 2009.
- Size: Exhibit
spaces are 10’ wide x 6’ deep.
Cost:
The
Exhibitor fee for each space is $250, and includes
registration for one person. Cost will cover exhibit
furniture (chairs, tables), pipe and drape, and 110V power outlets.
Free WiFi connectivity is available throughout the NWC.
Shipping:
Exhibitors are responsible for their own shipping to the NWC, if desired.
