Poster Session

The Poster Session has become an integral and extremely important part of the Interdepartmental Hurricane Conference (IHC). The Poster Session at the 67th IHC/Tropical Cyclone Research Fourum will take place on Tuesday evening, March 5, 2013 and is scheduled to begin at 6:30 pm. For posters, we will be using freestanding cork display boards, approximately 4 ft x 8 ft, and will provide pushpins to mount poster materials. Each poster presenter will have one side of the 4 ft x 8 ft display board in which to display their poster materials. All poster presenters can begin setting up their posters at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning. All posters must be removed by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
