Poster Session

The Poster Session has become an integral and extremely important part of the Interdepartmental Hurricane Conference (IHC). The Poster Session at the 66th IHC will take place on Monday evening, March 5, 2012 and is scheduled to begin at 6:30 pm. For posters, we will be using freestanding cork display boards, approximately 4 ft x 8 ft, and will provide pushpins to mount poster materials. Each poster presenter will have one side of the 4 ft x 8 ft display board in which to display their poster materials. All poster presenters can begin setting up their posters at 8:00 a.m. on Monday morning in the Gold Ballroom. All posters must be removed by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
